Our WPC is a good source of dietary fibre, with a whopping 8.0 to 9.4grams per 100g! which makes it a easy way to boost your daily intake. Current recommendations for the daily intake of dietary fibre is 15g per 1000 calories, which is roughly 30g per day for most adult Australians.
What is the correct serving size:
We suggest a 60gram serve (2 scoops) of ANPC WPC which provides just above 40g of protein.
Current evidence indicates high quality protein intakes around 1.6 grams per kilogram of body weight per day, achieve optimal health outcomes. If your are consuming this drink at the same time as a high protein meal, then you may choose to use a smaller serve.
When is the best time to take it:
An ideal time to consume whey protein is within an hour of exercise, as this aids hydration and expedites the recovery process. However if you are using it to boost levels of protein in your diet, you may choose to consume it with a meal that is lacking in adequate amounts of protein.
Who is the product suited to:
Almost everyone is suited to this product, however we do recommend that if you are under 15 years of age, pregnant, nursing or under medical supervision that you consult with your health care provider first.
How should I store it:
